Dibisha International P. Ltd. was registered on February 05, 2013 (2069 Magh 23) with an objective of establishing ATM lounges and manage it. Till date, the company has successfully managed ATM lounge in the heart of Kathmandu - Thamel with the ATMs of Machhapuchhre Bank, Siddhartha Bank, Prabhu Bank, Sanima Bank, Himalayan Bank and Jyoti Bikas Bank. 

Due to spread of Covid-19, the flow of tourist is almost nil which has remarkably hit the business of the Bank through off-site ATMs specially in Thamel. So as a product expansion and modification concept, Dibisha International P. Ltd. has started e-commerce platform named - BUDGET PASAL in 2021. 

Dibisha International P. Ltd. is currently owned and managed by professional and experienced person - Mrs. Dina Bajracharya. She has more than 15 years of experience in Sales and Marketing. She is well aware on how to solve the problems of customers with various products offering.
